Off-site Consular Services in Tenerife
An off-site consular session of the Consulate of Ukraine will take place in Adeje (Tenerife) on April 24-25, 2026.
The Consulate of Ukraine in Málaga will hold off-site consular appointments for Ukrainian citizens in the Canary Islands. This is a great opportunity to resolve passport and notarial matters without traveling to the mainland.

☎️ HOW TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
Appointments are available EXCLUSIVELY by prior booking!
Please call: 952 220 615 (on weekdays from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM).
⏳ Booking is open until April 21, 2026 (or until all available slots are filled). Registration must be done personally (free of charge).
✅ WHAT SERVICES WILL BE PROVIDED?
• Application for an international passport;
• Collection of ready passports (collection on April 25. Important: email your details to gc_esm@mfa.gov.ua by 6:00 PM on April 21 so that your passport is brought along);
• Registration of citizenship for children born in the Canary Islands;
• Consular registration (for those officially registered as residing in the Canary Islands);
• Notarial services (powers of attorney, statements, child travel consent forms, etc.).
❌ WHAT SERVICES WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE?
• Obtaining a "white passport" (certificate of return to Ukraine);
• Applying for a visa, obtaining duplicate civil registry certificates or extracts from the Civil Registry Office;
• Receiving any service without an appointment.
⚠️ IMPORTANT RULES FOR VISITORS:
1️⃣ For men (aged 18-60): It is mandatory to have an electronic military registration document in the "Reserve+" application (generated on the day of the appointment or the day before).
2️⃣ Documents: Prepare all necessary documents, photos (if required), and HIGH-QUALITY COPIES in advance. Services will not be provided without a complete set of documents!
💳 Payment: By bank card on-site (via a payment terminal) or in cash at a bank using a payment slip provided by the consul.
